What is the customization process?

How long does customization take?
We will contact you within 3 business days after your order to discuss customization details. Based on your requirements, we will complete the card design within 3 business days, then proceed to production. Once manufactured, we will ship your order via the optimal logistics method for your region. Therefore, delivery typically takes 15–20 business days from the order date.
Does ordering one set mean receiving only one card?
No, after you place an order for one set of custom cards, we will carry out full-sheet printing based on your design. The initial print run typically yields around 30–40 cards. We will then screen out any with noticeable flaws, and the final 25 high-quality cards will be shipped to you.
What if I'm not satisfied with the customization result?
After you place the order, a dedicated designer will work one-on-one with you to discuss the customization details. During the process, you may request up to 3 rounds of revisions. We will do our utmost to meet your needs and provide you with a satisfactory product.
Where are the orders shipped from?
All of our products are shipped from China. With over 10 years of experience in card production, we also select the most suitable logistics based on your region to ensure your custom cards are delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Are there any shipping fees or customs duties?
Currently, you only need to pay the product price displayed on the page. There are no additional charges for shipping or customs duties — we cover all these costs for you.
