Return and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom card products, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. However, we offer a 7-day return policy for items with severe quality issues. This means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. Additionally, custom items in our store are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept returns that are sent back to us without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns for promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without providing a reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item, informing you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, subject to a 5% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
